The challenge
Previously, Tribe was using a mailing platform that was hosted on different servers and had limited security features. They also experienced high costs of maintenance for the servers and even higher costs when creating data backups. Collaboration was minimal and they were not receiving the necessary technical support
The solution

Thereafter, we migrated all the data from their old system to their new system and gave them in-depth training on how to use the new system.
